Afex™ Boxer Briefs have a convenient pouch near the fly opening to securely hold the Afex™ Receptacle for male incontinence in place. The 96% Premium Combed Cotton and 4% Lycra®, make the briefs very comfortable to wear and durable to last.

The boxer brief holds the Afex™ Collection Bag and Afex™ Receptacle in place to prevent  rubbing against the skin.

Other features include a horizontal fly to allow access for normal urination and two tabs on the leg to stabilize the collection bag. Available in white only. See chart below for waist size:
