This adhesive-free, external collection system makes managing chronic male incontinence easier than ever.

The 96% cotton boxer briefs discreetly and securely hold a plastic ergonomic curved receptacle inside a front pocket.  The penis lies comfortably in the receptacle and requires no adhesives.  The receptable channels urine into a 16-ounce reusable collection bag which screws securely with a simple "turn and click" onto the bottom of the receptacle.   

No tubes or straps required - just attach the bag directly to the receptacle through the briefs for hours of use without maintenance.

Adhesive Free & Pressure Free
The receptacle is latex free and ergonomically shaped for a loose fit and ventilation.  It has a soft double walled liner with drain holes to reduce skin exposure to residual urine and to prevent backflow onto the body. 

Comfortable & Discreet
The cotton briefs discreetly and comfortably support the receptacle and collection bag.  It also prevents the bag from rubbing against the leg.  For night use, we recommend our "snap in" pad.  This patent pending design absorbs 12 ounces, and is easily washed and will be reusable over 100 times.

Convenient & Reliable
The afex collection bag doesn't require tubes or leg straps.  The "turn-n-click" designs makes attaching simple and quick, plus two convenient "stability tabs" allow you to secure the bag as needed.  The bag is double sealed to contain odor and can handle up to 17 ounces of liquid.  

The "one touch" horizontal port makes draining the content easy and efficient.
