Wide stretchy elastic waistband for ultimate comfort. The center of the garment has multi-layered extra absorbent padding that is covered by a stay dry lining to provide dry reliable protection from mild releases of fluid. 

For additional absorbency simply attach an incontinent pad either reusable or disposable to the inside of the brief.
